A repeatable question has four parts
Write the question in everyday language, then add enough detail for a teammate to ask it again. Name the approved account, dates, item, numbers, comparison, and kind of answer you want.
Example: a campaign result changed
“For one approved Amazon ads account, compare the last seven days with the seven days before that for our practice campaign. Show spend, sales, orders, ad cost ratio, and a note about how current the data is.”
This is much clearer than “find opportunities.” A teammate can repeat it, and any action stays in a separate step.
Writing a question in plain English does not give access to an account. Permissions and team rules still decide what the app can see.
